How do I reset my progress?

Go to the Profile tab and tap "Reset All Data" at the bottom. This will clear all your data and restart the onboarding process.

Is my data stored online?

No. All your data is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I change my language?

Yes. You can switch between Turkish, English, French, and German at any time from the Profile tab or the welcome screen.

How does the XP system work?

You earn XP by completing exercises. Each exercise awards XP based on its sets. Complete all daily exercises for a bonus. As you accumulate XP, you level up through ranks: Beginner, Regular, Athlete, Warrior, Champion, and Legend.

How does the workout program progress?

FitNova uses a 12-week progressive system. You start with Full Body workouts (3 days/week), advance to Upper/Lower splits (4 days/week), and eventually reach Push/Pull/Legs (6 days/week). After completing 12 weeks, the cycle repeats with continued progression.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will permanently delete your progress. There is no cloud backup.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. FitNova works entirely offline. No internet connection is required.
